Last Word SC Radio: USA vs Trinidad & Tobago Recap On Location!

We jump right in to talk about the match and the tactical battles that we saw. The guys discuss Clint Dempsey’s less than impressive performance. We gush about Christian Pulisic and the play from the wingers. Dan talks about some of the smart substitutions by Bruce Arena and Matt provides some insight with post game quotes from the players and coach.

The guys then do a full round table of the night’s results in the CONCACAF Hexagonal. Spoiler alter: it was good for the United States. Costa Rica and Panama played to a 0-0 draw. Mexico got a big 3-0 win at home against Honduras. We talk about what the standings look like for the U.S. and the outlook going forward.

We finish with a full preview of Sunday’s YUGE match between Mexico and Los Estados Unidos.
